Data Deletion
Last updated: September 13, 2026
You can remove your data from Infograph AI at any time, and you do not need to ask us to do most of it. This page is the short version of section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
Disconnect one source
In the app, open Infolake, find the connected account, and disconnect it. We stop syncing immediately and revoke the access token we hold. Data already synced from that source is removed with it, and the stored bytes are destroyed within 7 days.
You can also revoke our access from the provider's own settings, for example the Google account permissions page or the Meta business integrations page. Doing it there stops the connection just as effectively, though disconnecting inside Infograph also clears the synced copy.
Delete a single dataset
Open Infolake, select the file or synced stream, and delete it. It disappears from your workspace at once, and the underlying bytes are destroyed within 7 days.
Delete your whole account
Open your account settings in the app and delete your account there. If you do not see that option, email support@infograph.ai from the address on the account and we will do it for you.
Either way, the moment the account goes your data lake is destroyed along with the encryption keys that make it readable, so your uploaded and synced data cannot be recovered by us or by anyone else. Account records and conversation history are removed on request, within 30 days.
What can linger, and for how long
- Backups: encrypted database backups are kept for 14 days, so a residual copy can persist that long after a deletion before ageing out.
- Billing records: invoices and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, up to 7 years. They contain your billing details, never your data.
Ask us to do it for you
If you would rather we handled any of the above, or you want a copy of your data before it goes, email support@infograph.ai. We respond within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
