Connect Pipedrive to Infograph
What it brings in: deals, archived deals, persons, organizations, activities and 18 more.
What you need
- A Pipedrive account. Infograph reads with your user's permissions, so it sees the deals, people and organisations you can see in Pipedrive.
- API access in your Pipedrive plan and role. If you cannot find your API token, ask a Pipedrive admin.
Steps
Find your API token
In Pipedrive, click your profile picture at the top right and choose Personal preferences, then the API tab. Each user has one API token.
Copy it
Copy the token. It is a string of 40 letters and numbers.
Paste it in Infograph and choose your tables
Open Pipedrive in Infograph, paste the token into API token and press Connect. Pick the tables you want and Infograph starts loading them, with their full history.
What it syncs
Each becomes a table in Infolake that you can chart, report on or ask about. You choose which to sync.
- Deals
deals Every deal that is not archived, open, won, lost and deleted, with its value, currency, stage, pipeline, owner, person, organisation and dates, plus your custom fields with their option labels. The base for pipeline and win-rate dashboards.
Ask: “What is our win rate by pipeline this quarter?”
- Archived deals
archived_deals Deals you archived in Pipedrive, with the same fields as Deals.
Ask: “How much deal value did we archive last year?”
- People
persons Every contact, with their name, emails, phones, organisation, owner and your custom fields.
Ask: “How many new contacts did we add each month this year?”
- Organizations
organizations Every organisation, with its name, address, owner and your custom fields.
Ask: “Which organisations have the most open deals?”
- Activities
activities Calls, meetings, tasks and emails logged in Pipedrive, with type, owner, due date, whether done, and the deal or person they belong to.
Ask: “How many calls did each salesperson log last week?”
Show all 23 tables
- Products

Ask: “Which products appear on the most won deals?”
- Leads
leads Every lead in your leads inbox that is not archived, with its title, value, labels, owner, and the person or organisation it is for.
Ask: “How many leads did we add each week this quarter?”
- Archived leads
archived_leads Leads you archived, with the same fields as Leads.
Ask: “How many leads did we archive without converting them last quarter?”

Ask: “Which deals have had no notes in the last month?”
- Deal history
deal_changes Every change to a deal's fields, one row each, with the old and new value and when it happened. A stage change is a row for stage_id, so you can see how long deals spend in each stage.
Ask: “How many days do deals spend in each stage before they are won?”
- Archived deal history
archived_deal_changes The same change history, for archived deals.
Ask: “Which stage did our archived deals stall in?”
- Deal products
deal_products The product lines on each deal, with quantity, price and discount. A line removed from a deal can stay in this table.
Ask: “What is the average deal value by product?”
- Pipelines
pipelines Your sales pipelines, with their names. Ties every deal and stage to its pipeline.
Ask: “How much open deal value is in each pipeline?”
- Stages
stages The stages of each pipeline, with their order and win probability. Turns stage ids on deals into names.
Ask: “How many open deals are in each stage of our main pipeline?”
- Users
users The users in your Pipedrive company, with their name, email and role. Turns the owner on each deal into a name.
Ask: “Which salesperson closed the most deal value this quarter?”
- Lead labels
lead_labels The labels you use on leads, with their names and colours.
Ask: “How many leads carry each label?”
- Activity types
activity_types The types of activity in your account, such as call, meeting and email.

Troubleshooting
Each entry is the message Infograph shows when a connection fails. Open it for the fix.
Those credentials were not accepted.
Pipedrive did not accept the token. Check you copied all 40 characters. A token stops working when its user is deactivated or regenerates it under Personal preferences, API: copy the new one, open the connection in Infograph, choose Edit configuration and paste it.
Common problems
These happen in Pipedrive itself, where Infograph cannot see them.
Some deals or people are missing
The token reads what its user can see. If your Pipedrive uses visibility groups, records hidden from your user are not synced. Connect with the token of a user who can see everything, such as an admin.
Archived deals and leads are in their own tables
Pipedrive lists archived deals and leads separately, so Infograph syncs them as Archived deals and Archived leads. A deal archived after it was synced keeps its last row in Deals too: to count only active deals, leave out the ones whose id is in Archived deals.
Deleted records stay for a while
Deals deleted in Pipedrive come back with is_deleted set for 30 days, then Pipedrive purges them. Filter on is_deleted when you add up totals.
